1. Introduction

These terms of service ("Terms") govern the use of the ANOTE application and related services. By using the application, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

ANOTE is an application for transcribing medical conversations and generating structured medical reports using artificial intelligence. The application is intended exclusively as a tool to support medical documentation.

3. Limitation of Liability

All generated report content must be reviewed by a qualified physician before any clinical use. The operator is not liable for any inaccuracies in generated reports.

4. Personal Data Protection

Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. In local mode, audio recordings are processed on the user's device. In cloud mode, they are sent for processing and then deleted.

5. Payment Terms

Speech-to-text transcription is free (runs on device). Report generation is charged according to the current price list. Payments are billed based on actual usage with no monthly subscription.

6. Service Termination

Users may stop using the service at any time. The operator reserves the right to limit or terminate access to the service in case of violation of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Czech courts have jurisdiction for dispute resolution.
