For medical dictation (single speaker, quiet room), accuracy is high. Local transcription uses Whisper optimized for Czech. Cloud transcription uses gpt-4o-transcribe for faster, more accurate results. The AI report generator can also interpret minor transcription errors.

Yes. The generated report is fully editable within the app. You can edit it, copy to clipboard, or send via email.

Outpatient exam, follow-up, gastroscopy, colonoscopy, and ultrasound. If you need a different type, we can build a custom template for you. You can also let AI automatically detect the exam type from the transcript.

ANOTE works independently of hospital systems — local transcription runs on the phone (Whisper, even offline) and the structured report is generated once the phone is online. You can then paste the report into your documentation or send it by email.

Yes. In local mode, audio stays on device. In cloud mode, audio is sent for processing and then deleted. Text data is processed exclusively in Azure West Europe. No data is stored or used to train models.
